Responsibilities

• Operate the weigh-station scale (Operating hours from Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm, Saturdays as required)
• Enter appropriate data accurately into our computer system
• Communicate with drivers, through speaker system, to determine type of material being dumped, etc.
• Direct trucks to the appropriate location on site
• Process payment from customers, as needed, and issue scale tickets
• Other job-related duties as needed

Requirements

• Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work overtime as required by business needs (occasional Saturday work from 7:30AM to 1:30PM)
• Must be able to remain seated for extended periods
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment verifications

Schedule

Monday to Friday 7:30am–4:30pm, occasional Saturdays 7:30am–1:30pm as required.
