About the role
Support the integrity of our purchase order and data systems - keeping things accurate, up-to-date, and running smoothly across teams.
Work closely with colleagues in Merchandising, Planning, Logistics, and our China-based factory and production teams, playing a key role in making sure our products get where they need to go, on time and on point.
Responsibilities
- Issue purchase orders and manage updates in SAP, ensuring alignment with team’s shipping requirements and accuracy across all relevant records
- Manage off-cadence Costing Updates in SAP, supporting the Assistant Production Manager who handles initial costing uploads
- Communicate transit and transportation changes clearly to Merchandising, Planning, and China teams
- Maintain data integrity within our PLM system (Centric), keeping product information current and accurate
- Partner with Production, Merchandising, and Merchandise Planning counterparts throughout the PO planning process
- Support SKU updates driven by production or material changes, including factory shifts that require new SKUs and POs
- Help troubleshoot categorization, material group, and attribute issues in SAP in collaboration with the Accounting team

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in production coordination, order management, or a related field
- Familiarity with SAP or a comparable enterprise software system; experience with Centric or Toolio is a plus
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data tracking and reporting
- A foundational understanding of purchase orders, supply chain, or logistics workflows
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience
