Temporary Sales Associate- Part Time

About the role

The Temporary Sales Associate plays a crucial role in the Tommy Hilfiger brand, selling and promoting merchandise while adhering to the brand's customer service standards. Reporting to Store Management, this position involves various operational activities and customer service responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide TH Customer Service to company standards.
• Keep merchandise filled to appropriate levels on the sales floor.
• Ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained.
• Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures.
• Demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and results.
• Demonstrate awareness of individual contribution to business results.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures.
• Manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Attend Take 5 meetings and participate in staff meetings, as required.

• Flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management.
• Communicate concerns to management.
• Create energy and excitement around shared goals and values and act with integrity.
• Support all company / management decisions.
• Change schedules, adapt to the needs of the position, undertake night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating hours.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
