Temporary Retail Associate

Main Functions

• Assisting in the execution of store setup and breakdown
• Stocking the sales floor and general store maintenance
• Greeting customers and assisting them with their various needs and questions
• Maintaining visual presentation of the store by sizing, folding and completing other tasks
• Assisting customers in swim, bike, run sections
• Processing monetary transactions at the register

• Wednesday, July 15, 2026 | 12 PM - 5 PM (Store Set Up)
• Thursday, July 16, 2026 | 10 AM - 5 PM (Store Set Up)
• Friday, July 17, 2026 | 10 AM - 6:15 PM (Store Open)
• Saturday, July 18, 2026 | 8:45 AM - 4:15 PM (Store Open)
• Sunday, July 19 2026 | 8 AM - 8 PM (Store Open, Race Day)

Overview

Upon hire all staff must complete the required UKG onboarding, proof of identification, and background check. Temporary staff is hired on a temporary, at-will basis at a wage rate of $20 an hour. Staff will be paid via direct deposit no later than July 31st, 2026 to the address indicated on the tax paperwork. Appropriate breaks and lunches will be given depending upon the length of the shift.

Employment Requirements

• Outgoing and friendly
• Hard working with the ability to take direction from management
• 1-2 years retail experience is preferred
• This is an active work environment. Employees will be expected to bend and reach, lift heavy boxes, and withstand being on their feet all day.
