Temporary Recruiter; Golf Retail (Nov. 2026 – May 2027)

About the Role

2nd Swing, a forward-thinking, customer-centric golf retail company, is seeking an experienced Temporary Recruiter to support our growing team during a high-volume hiring period. This full-time or part-time, temporary, in-office position is based at our corporate office in Eden Prairie, MN. Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of hourly and salaried positions.
• Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and proactively build talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Manage recruiting activity, candidate records, and reporting within UKG Recruiting (UKG Pro/UKG Ready).
• Extend offers, facilitate pre-employment processes, and support onboarding coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or golf industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting for golf, retail, warehouse, or corporate positions.
• Experience recruiting high-volume hourly positions.
• Experience with employment branding, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing tools.
• Hands-on experience using UKG Recruiting (UKG Pro or UKG Ready) as an applicant tracking system.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk in an office environment.

Pay

$25 - $35 per hour based on previous experience and qualifications.
