Achievement and Goals

• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals set with store manager

Customer Interaction

• Demonstrate complete knowledge of merchandise features and benefits to maximize sales opportunity
• Be a quick thinker who listens to the customer and identifies needs, overcoming objections if necessary
• Responsible for client development beyond the initial transaction; utilize phone, email, and written follow-up contact

Store Maintenance

• Maintain housekeeping and visual standards of the store
• Operate POS register and email systems
• Safeguard store inventory by adhering to loss prevention program

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales preferred
• Sales-driven, goal-oriented individual with a positive, friendly, outgoing personality
• Willingness to initiate contact with customers and identify shopping needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills to operate retail POS system, Word, Excel, and email
• Able to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 35 pounds when merchandising the sales floor

Salary Information
