Temporary Property Manager

Position Summary

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operation, and the day-to-day implementation of property management policies and procedures to ensure well-managed homes throughout our growing portfolio of single-family homes used as Care Homes for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Position Responsibilities

• Leadership and Personnel Management

• Property Managers may also provide trainings to other staff or partners as needed.

• Physical Condition and Maintenance of Properties

• Service Provider (Tenant) Services

• Financial Reporting and Control

• Compliance Reviews and abides by all terms in our leases and management agreements.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range for this position is $70,400 annually. This position is being offered at $70,400.
