About the role
We’re looking for a Payment Analyst, ICHRA Operations to join our ICHRA Operations team. This individual will be primarily focused on ensuring our ICHRA members’ monthly premium payments are made to carriers timely and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining monthly payment reporting
- Submitting payments
- Sets up autopay
- Outreaches to carriers for payment issue resolution
- Research member-level payment issues and coordinating resolution
- Monitor monthly ongoing carrier payments
- Manage SEP (Special Enrollment Period) carrier payments and autopay setup
- Maintain SOPs for carrier payments
- Cookordination with other Operation teams to make sure Gravie’s clients are set up properly in Gravie’s systems
- Execute and track carrier-level binder payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Onboard new Easy Enroll carrier payment processes
Requirements
- College or University Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ year of relevant work experience preferably in financial operations, payments, or health benefits administration
- Proficient in Excel and technology (V-lookups; pivot tables, etc.)
- Ability to work in cross functional teams to provide solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently while meeting deadlines and deliverables
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with carriers and internal teams
