Schedule

Responsibilities
- Adheres to all schedules provided.
- Mops, sweeps and vacuums all common areas of the property.
- Cleans and polishes stairwells and hallways.
- Cleans administrative offices.
- Affords assistance with floor maintenance.
Requirements
- Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: standing, pushing, pulling, listening, comprehending, small tool handling, power tool handling, cleaning equipment handling, following schedules.
- Experience: One or more years in custodial, janitorial or porter position(s).
