Essential Functions And Responsibilities Greet guests, volunteers, and ministry partners with warmth and hospitality, reflecting Young Life’s valuesAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and take messages as neededMaintain organized files and databases, including donor and volunteer recordsPrepare routine correspondence, memos, and reportsSchedule meetings, manage calendars, and ministry-related events as directedPerform basic data entry and maintain simple databases or spreadsheetsSupport staff with basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and scanningAssist with hospitality duties for staff and volunteer meetings (e.g., coffee, snacks, setup)Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including donations and other ministry correspondenceMaintain confidentiality, especially regarding donor information and prayer requestsOrder and inventory office and ministry suppliesProvide general support to staff, committee members, and volunteers as neededUphold and represent Young Life’s mission, vision and values in all interactionsFollow established policies and proceduresLearn and use basic office software and Young Life tools and databasesComplete assigned tasks with supervision and attention to detail Education/Experience High School Diploma and 1 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Specific Working Conditions Note: The anticipated hourly rate for this position can range from $14.30 - $17.85 per hour depending on relevant education, experience, and location.
