This is a Temporary Outlet Allocator position for five months starting September 2026 through the end of January 2027, based out of our New York City Corporate office four days per week with one day working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for analysis and reporting of the business at channel, region, and category level to provide a consolidated and consistent view of regional performance
  • Fully align, partner and collaborate with the Merchandising, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Regional Finance and Central Planning teams in relation to made for Outlet strategy, product focus areas, delivery and capacity constraints with vendors and stores
  • Evaluate and analyze business at the store, style, and size level to create appropriate distribution strategies, optimize inventory levels, and drive productivity
  • Utilize A&R to manage made for Outlet products replenishment and create manual pushes when needed
  • Optimize allocations by door based on customer profile and inventory strategies including but not limited to managing the ageing profile of inventory assortment
  • Communicate with field team and stores on current business trends as well as opportunities to proactively drive future business, fulfill special orders, and requests
  • Support with special orders, reviewing stock offers, entering in SAP, and tracking
  • Assist with merchandising responsibilities including but not limited to building buy books and executing consolidations

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years Allocation experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Clear knowledge and understanding of retail math and Microsoft Office
  • Strong Excel skills including complex formula applications
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in fast-paced environment
  • Experience in presenting reporting and analysis to others
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to partner and strategize with cross-functional partners
  • SAP knowledge is a plus

Measures of Success

  • Health of overall inventory levels and improving turns
  • Appropriate stock levels in Outlet stores – WOC, stock mix, sizing
