About the role
Temporary assistance needed to develop teaching models and tools for neurosurgical procedures for the neurology service residents and provide training in cadaver labs. They will refine novel neurosurgical approaches to the spine and brain and they will introduce novel neurosurgical techniques.
Responsibilities
- Develop teaching models and tools for neurosurgical procedures for neurology service residents
- Provide training in cadaver labs
- Refine novel neurosurgical approaches to the spine and brain
- Introduce novel neurosurgical techniques
Qualifications
The candidate must be a DVM who has completed an approved residency in veterinary neurology/neurosurgery and has appropriate neurosurgical skill.
Preferred Qualifications
- Board certification in veterinary Neurology is preferred
Required Licenses or Certifications
- DVM
- NC faculty certificate
