Job Summary
The Marketing and New Media Department is currently seeking a Temporary to join their team of professionals.
The Temporary Multimedia Producer will assist the Multimedia Production team, in executing photo/video shoots, editing, and final format, including planning and management of project timelines. Will assist in executing workflow structures, following daily work schedules, and ensuring that the work is delivered on deadline.
Duties
- Coordinating multimedia production process to capture, edit, and create audio, videos, and photos that are compelling, original, and most importantly, that help tell the FIU story.
- Records interviews with FIU alumni, students, faculty, and staff.
- Works with Designers and Directors to develop story ideas. Edits interviews to create cohesive and compelling stories.
- Maintains a schedule of production to complete and regularly communicate progress with business partners and assists with all aspects of pre and post-production services.
- Curates photo collections online, including cataloguing, tagging, and organizing into galleries and albums.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field and two (2) years of experience in related field; OR six (6) years of experience in related field; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Advertised Salary
$20.00-$25.00 per hour.
