Temporary Maintenance - Turn - The Station Buffalo

Duties

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance tasks as assigned, including painting, drywall repairs, battery replacement, light bulb replacement, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal, and furniture removal/installation.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing general cleaning and other duties as needed.
• Absorb and document any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouses, and common areas.
• Participate in apartment inspections and assist in documenting overall unit condition.
• Perform touch up painting as directed by Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Ensure adherence to the company's safety and hazard communications programs, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by treating residents, vendors, and other team members with respect.

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
• Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus required.

Pay

The pay for this position is $16.00 per hour, depending on a variety of factors including market factors in the geographical location where the candidate lives.
