Temporary Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete daily resident work orders.
• Perform basic apartment maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation during the assignment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
