About the role
This role involves performing semi-skilled cleaning and maintenance duties to keep facilities safe, neat, and functional.
Responsibilities
- Assist with property upkeep, storage, and restocking
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Report damages or unauthorized access
- Adhere to policies and participate in training
Requirements
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crawl
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three months of related experience
- Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
- Basic mathematical abilities
Qualifications
- Inupiaq language and cultural experience (preferred)
- Valid Class D Alaska driver’s license (preferred)
Work Environment
- Exposure to chemicals, fumes, and mechanical parts
- Moderate noise levels
Pay
Minimum salary of $24.02 per hour.
Schedule
School-year work schedule.
