Temporary Fan Zone Rep - Box Office

Position Summary

In this position, you will support ticketing operations for the FIFA World Cup Fan Zone at Sports Illustrated Stadium. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while assisting fans with ticket purchases, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth fan experience on event days.

Must be available to work events from June 12th to July 18th – days and hours are based on Fan Zone scheduling.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Experience working in a ticket office for a major sporting event, team, or venue
• Previous experience working in hospitality, sales, or in a call center
• Bilingual is a plus, but not necessary
• Knowledge of various ticketing programs

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $16/hour. The hourly rate is subject to change and may be modified.

Schedule

Your assigned hours may vary to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).
