Temporary Facilities Associate

Responsibilities

• Supports the Facilities team by managing property data, utilities, trash services, and vendor coordination.
• Processes Scopes of Work, opens accounts, creates work orders, and communicates with stores, vendors, and municipalities.
• Collects data via emails and inputs data into Excel files and the Real Estate Database (CoStar Real Estate Manager).
• Follows up on missing information for property contacts, meters, and trash information.
• Solves trash and utility requests and communicates solutions to vendors and stores.
• Opens utility and trash accounts for stores, when needed.
• Processes Scopes of Work via email, saving necessary files and creating work orders in Work Oasis.
• Sends approved Scopes of Work to general contractors and signs contractors with supporting documentation, including photos.
• Affords business licenses by communicating with municipalities and jurisdictions, and applying and paying for applications.
• Assists the Spirit Facilities Department and other departments on projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Dependable, organized, self-starter, detail-oriented, and assertive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Facilities background a plus.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position. Pay Range: $19.00 per hour.
