Temporary Electrical Traffic Technician 2026-01611

Responsibilities

Assist traffic crews with general maintenance operations.
Maintain and operate complex equipment safely and proficiently.
Under limited supervision, may flag traffic and set up traffic control devices.
Subject to a 24-hour call-out in the event of an emergency. May be reassigned to other crews as necessary.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Driver's license.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of and use of power tools and tape measures.
• Knowledge of Federal and State requirements for the proper use of personal protective equipment.

• Individuals in this classification will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing
