Essential Functions

• Perform basic lab tests and survey procedures.
• Perform construction inspections.
• Prepare and check computations and data.

  Qualifications

  • Possesses knowledge of materials testing.
  • Knows surveying methods and equipment operations.
  • Has knowledge of construction inspection, including interpretation of plans and specifications.
  • Skilled in using computers.
  • Strong math skills are required.
  • Able to perform algebraic calculations.

    Necessary Special Requirements

    • Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Available for emergency work calls at any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a response time of no greater than 30 minutes.

      Physical Working Conditions

      • Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
