TEMPORARY Case Processing Analyst

Remote - MUST live within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL or Washington, DC. This is a temporary position which starts immediately and ends on May 31, 2027.

About the role

The Case Processing Analyst processes employer applications for government programs in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and productivity.

Must possess (or be able to obtain) a Federal public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate employer applications against federal regulations, policies, and legal guidelines.
• Draft and submit accurate and analytically sound correspondence, case findings, and recommendations for government review.
• Track, document, and update case activity throughout the adjudication lifecycle.
• Consistently produce accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience that demonstrates analytical and communication skills
• OR 7 years of work experience that demonstrates analytical and communication skills
