Temporary Carrier Application Cordinator

Primary responsibilities

• Solve and respond to incoming application generation requests and inquiries from Operations and Gravie Care Team within standard turnaround times
• Build and refine application processes
• Efficiently and consistently follow carrier-specific SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for application submissions to health plans
• Maintain accurate records and update member activity databases with contact information, policy information, and renewal data
• Track status of individual market member applications in CRM and activity database
• Communicate with third-party carriers and application support as needed
• Collaborate with other teams to triage escalated carrier or application situations, assist with ongoing monitoring and maintenance of ancillary products, and perform monthly membership database reconciliation and auditing for HRA products
• Work flexible hours during Open Enrollment season

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience working in the individual health plan market/industry (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail
