We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings using

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting: - Intro: "We believe in the power and joy of learning At Cengage, our employees have a direct impact..." That's about company mission; maybe part of About the role? Could be "About the role" or "About Cengage". But we only have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose appropriate. We have sections: - Position Overview: description of role, temporary BDR, ExamReady solution, contacting prospective clients, etc. That could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities"? Actually responsibilities are listed later under "What You'll Do". So Position Overview could be "About the role". - What You'll Do: list of duties (bulleted). That's responsibilities. - How Success Will Be Measured: KPI measures. Could be part of Responsibilities or maybe "Qualifications"? Not exactly. Could be "Responsibilities" also but maybe separate "Performance Measures"? Not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into Responsibilities or maybe "Qualifications"? Probably better to include under Responsibilities as part of what success looks like. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include that as a

under Responsibilities. - What We're Looking For: list of desired attributes/skills. That's "Requirements" or "Qualifications" or "Skills". We have both Requirements and Qualifications and Skills headings allowed. We need to decide mapping. Usually Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = preferred; Skills = specific abilities. The posting says "What We're Looking For" includes strong verbal/written communication skills, confidence, ability to build rapport, comfortable high volume outreach, goal-oriented, organizational skills, manage multiple conversations, positive persistent, experience in sales etc preferred but not required, interest in beauty/wellness/education a plus. So we can split: Requirements: maybe none strictly required? But we can put all under "Qualifications" or "Skills". Since we have both, we can put "Qualifications" for experience/interest, and "Skills" for communication, organization, etc. - Position Details: Employment type: Temporary, direct Cengage employee; Compensation: $20-23 per hour; Incentive opportunity: $10 for every qualified appointment that leads to customer participating; Incentives calculated monthly; Appointments where customer does not attend not eligible. Also later "Compensation" section repeats base pay range $20.00 - $24.00 USD. There's some discrepancy: earlier $20-23 per hour, later $20-24. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can note both. Probably combine: base pay $20-23 per hour, with total range up to $24 including incentives? But we should not invent. We'll just list both statements. - About The Opportunity: description of gaining experience, collaborating with brand, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe separate "About the opportunity". Not in headings list; we could incorporate into About the role. - About Cengage: company description. Could be omitted? It's substantive but not about role. Could be placed under maybe "About the role"? But heading list doesn't have About Cengage. Could we create a section? Not allowed unless matches list. So we should not create a heading for About Cengage. We could embed that info in a

under maybe "About the role" or maybe omit? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep that info somewhere. Since we cannot create a heading not in list, we can put it as a

after the last section, without a heading? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we cannot have other headings, but says use

for section headings (list). It might be okay to have other headings but they'd deviate. Safer to stick to those headings only. We can put About Cengage content under a

without a heading, maybe after a brief intro? But that might be considered missing heading. However the instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't forbid having paragraphs without headings. So we can have a

for About Cengage without heading. Similarly, "About The Opportunity" could be a

under About the role. We also need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement: "Cengage is committed to working with broad talent pools..." and accommodation request. That's boilerplate EEO; we should remove it. Also the accommodation request line. Also the "Click here to learn more about our Total Rewards Philosophy." That's a link; maybe boilerplate. Also the "Compensation At Cengage Group..." paragraph about total rewards; maybe we keep compensation details but not the fluff. We need to preserve substantive compensation info: base pay range, incentive. So we can keep the compensation details but remove the fluff about Total Rewards Philosophy and the link. Also "Position Details" includes employment type, compensation, incentive. We'll keep that. Now craft HTML. We'll have sections:

About the role

... (position overview + about the opportunity + about Cengage? maybe combine)

We might also include Schedule? Not provided. So omit. Benefits? Not provided. Omit. Now ensure no duplicated lines. We have not included the EEO etc. Check for any leftover boilerplate: "About Cengage" content we haven't included. We need to preserve that substantive info. Let's embed it in About the role paragraph. We have About the role paragraph currently just position overview. Let's expand to include About The Opportunity and About Cengage. We'll create a paragraph under About the role that includes: - Position Overview: Milady hiring motivated Temporary BDR to assist sales team in finding new customer opportunities. We must ensure not to repeat any sentences unnecessarily. We'll combine. Now check for any duplicated content: The "What You'll Do" list is responsibilities. Good. Now ensure we didn't include any application instructions: none. Now produce HTML fragment. We'll output:
