Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Serve alcohol in compliance with all state and local laws; must be of legal age with required training permits and licenses.
• Adhere to all legal obligations regarding alcohol service, including knowledge of coupons, promotions, and the Regal Crown Club Program.
• Enforce the MPAA rating system.
• Provide exceptional guest service, including greeting, thanking, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle all monies and merchandise, including non-saleable and saleable items, with accuracy.
• Operate, prepare, and clean all concession-related equipment.
• Properly use concession storerooms and cleaning materials per MSDS guidelines.
• Follow all concession procedures, including opening, closing, and in-between show tasks.
• Know and comply with emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures.
• Apply excellent sales techniques, including up-selling and suggestive selling.
• Identify counterfeit bills and follow proper procedures.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal food safety laws.
• Adhere to the company dress code.
• Maintain accuracy of cash drawers, inventory, and coupons.
• Operate popcorn machines correctly and follow emergency procedures.
• Abide by federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods.
• Complete progress toward cast certification programs as both a cast member and concessionist.
• Read and understand training materials on topics such as sexual harassment and discrimination.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Education/Experience

• Completion of or progress toward cast certification as a cast member and concessionist required.
• Must complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the necessary certificate.
• Must complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.

Physical Demands

• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Regularly required to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
