TEMPEST / EMI- Engineering Support Specialist (NEW HIRE BONUS UP TO $10,000)

This position provides an opportunity to further advance the cutting-edge technology that supports some of our nation’s core defense/intelligence services and systems. General Dynamics Mission Systems employees work closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions.

Responsibilities

• Perform TEMPEST testing in accordance with the applicable standards.
• Develop or review TEMPEST Test Plans and Reports.
• Manage equipment calibrations and repairs.
• Work in a team environment and collaborate across programs and shifts.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with employees and customers.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Education Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience).
• Additional Qualifications: Requires an additional 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6+ years of job-related experience.
• Clearance Requirements: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.

Pay

Target salary range: USD $126,862.00/Yr. - USD $137,269.00/Yr.

Schedule

Fully on-site position with a 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off work).
