Temp Visual Designer

Responsibilities

• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
• Create original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Review junior designers' work to ensure high quality
• Support, mentor and train offshore designers
• Refined images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Think narratively, creating sequences that illuminate user stories through the lens of UI mixed with other visuals (photography, video, motion graphics)
• Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively
• Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices
• Be accountable for excellent execution
• Demonstrate continuous visible progress based on feedback

Requirements

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field
• 5+ years of proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
