Description Of Responsibilities
- To Provide 1st and 2nd level Technical Support to all Giorgio Armani associates, including the use of MS Office 366, Retail Applications (POS), Wholesale Software and Telecommunications.
- They will also be capable of supporting Systems Administrators in Administering. Active Directory, Office 365 Email, Intune MDM Security.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level support for desktop laptops.
- Provide first and second level support for virtual desktops.
- Provide first level networking support.
- Configure, install and deploy desktop, virtual desktops, and laptop computers.
- Support and administer Microsoft Office 365.
- Support and Administer Mobile Device Management System, iPhone & iPad.
- Provide 1st & 2nd level Macintosh hardware and OSX operating system support.
- Provide 24X7 on call support on a scheduled basis.
- Support desktop applications including: Microsoft Office365, Project, Visio and Sharepoint.
- Provide level 1 support for enterprise application Desktop Clients/Web Clients including POS Systems, Verifone Pin Pads, SAP
Qualifications & Skills
- College degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in the field
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of MS Office 366, Retail Applications (POS), Wholesale Software and/ Telecommunications preferred
Pay
An hourly range within $30.00 per hour based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions.
Schedule
This position is located at our Giorgio Armani Corporate Office in NYC and offers the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
