Responsibilities

• Work safely.
• Keep stock properly labeled, receive, check and sort material in Storeroom.
• Issue and return material, supplies, and tools.
• Use hand tools in the assembly and disassembly of materials.
• Sort, recondition, and restock material in salvage area.
• Operate vehicles, such as forklifts, small trucks, and pickups.
• Enter inventory transaction data into the PGE Inventory Management System.
• Maintain general housekeeping in storeroom and in yard.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree or equivalent.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
• Must acquire PGE forklift certification within 6 months of start date and maintain.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Inventory/warehouse experience-minimum of 3 years, preferred.
• During the probationary period following reassignment to any job, at least two progress reports will be completed. These reports will be discussed with the employee by their immediate supervisor, and copies of each will be given to them.

Pay

$27.63 per hour
