for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job description.
We have:
- "Why Join Our Team?" paragraph: could be About the role? Actually "Why Join Our Team?" is more about company culture. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the team". But we need to use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We have content:
- Benefits: detailed list.
- Position Summary: description of role.
- Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Job Qualifications: list of qualifications.
- Work Environment & Physical Demands: details.
- Also mention "Vallen complies with all minimum wage laws" etc.
- No explicit Pay or Schedule info. So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections because they are not stated.
- Skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications: "Mechanically inclined", "Proficient with hand tools", "Ability to read, write and comprehend English". Could be Skills section.
- Qualifications: maybe separate from Requirements? The list includes "High School or GED", "Minimum 1 Certifications (manufacturer /state)", "Minimum 1-year related experience", "Must Have TWIC Card and Basic Safety Council Card", etc. Those could be Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide.
We have headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.

- About the role: could be the Position Summary paragraph (Put your maintenance and repair skills...). Also maybe the "Why Join Our Team?" paragraph could be part of About the role.
- Responsibilities: Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities list.
- Requirements: maybe the mandatory items: High School or GED, Minimum 1 Certifications, Minimum 1-year related experience, Must Have TWIC Card and Basic Safety Council Card, Current Motor Vehicle License with good driving record, Ability to read, write and comprehend English, etc. Also maybe Commercial Driver's License if carrying hazardous materials (conditional). - Skills: maybe "Proficient with hand tools", "Ability to read, write and comprehend English", "Mechanically inclined". Could be separate.
But we need to avoid duplication. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can split across sections but not repeat same info? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid repeating info across sections, but better to avoid duplication. However we need to include all info somewhere.
We can structure:
