Temp Security Officer - $22/Hour

About the Role

With a wage of $22.00/HR, available schedules include 2nd and 3rd shifts with varying days. Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances/exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and terrain.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to ensure daily site/organizational goals are achieved.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer/technology skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Great attention to detail and ability to remain alert throughout the shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
