* Temp/Seasonal Stock Team Member - Kirkland's Home

Responsibilities

• Aid in the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and supporting the Company Handbook during shifts.
• Treat customers respectfully and professionally while adhering to the company's dress code.
• Show commitment to Kirkland’s Home Values and take initiative during shifts to ensure shipments are processed promptly.
• Present a professional, positive, and can-do attitude at all times.
• Demonstrate a commitment to company initiatives.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary, but stock experience is preferred.
• Energetic, results-oriented, and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to understand and follow company directives, Handbook, and Manuals.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include early mornings and off-hours.
• Strength to lift and move 45 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift/bulk merchandise as needed.
• Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise from various locations.
