* Temp/Seasonal Stock Team Member - Kirkland's Home

Responsibilities

• Aid in the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assemble product, execute markdowns and perform salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales, safeguarding company assets, and supporting the Company Handbook during shifts.
• Treat customers respectfully and professionally while adhering to the company's dress code.
• Show commitment to Kirkland’s Home Values and take initiative to ensure shipments are processed promptly.
• Present a professional, positive, and proactive attitude during each shift.
• Demonstrate a commitment to company initiatives and adhere to safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary, but stock experience is preferred.
• Energetic, results-oriented, and competitive with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents like safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Compliance with company directives, Handbook, and Manuals.
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including early mornings and off-hours.
• Physical capabilities to lift and move up to 45 pounds regularly, climb ladders, and handle bulky merchandise.
• Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise from various locations.
