Temp Primary Therapist
We are looking for a professional who is passionate about working with adolescents to join our team and grow with us. The ideal candidate is flexible, dedicated, knows how to take initiative, maintains appropriate boundaries, and stays calm in stressful situations. A considerable amount of training will be provided, and you will have the support of your team members.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)
- Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR
- Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT Groups
- Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team
- Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission
- Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator
Requirements
- LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or associates (ACSW, AMFT, APCC)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Exceptional clinical judgment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Pay
$85,000 - $95,000 for unlicensed and $100,000 - $105,000 for licensed.
Schedule
We ask that candidates be available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm. Your actual workday will be 8 hours within that time frame, either 9am–5pm or 11am–7pm. Fridays will be 9am–5pm.
