About the Role

The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora fan, fully immersing in the brand, culture, and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role supports both managers and sales associates and is instrumental to the store’s success.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Surpass commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), setting new records.
• Engage authentically with customers to foster lasting relationships beyond transactions.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance.
• Provide real‑time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving KPI goals.
• Complete a pre‑employment assessment that will be emailed after application submission.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Minimum age of 18 years with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
