Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss‑prevention standards.
• Cross‑train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change according to established procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day.
• Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and assist with overall store cleanliness.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support and participate in store shrink‑reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Availability for a 10 p.m.–6 a.m. shift from October 20th to January 2nd.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi‑task and respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Pay

This position has a starting pay range of $13.75 to $14.25 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
