Temp Ecomm Content Coord

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create, submit, and track project requests (Jira tickets & Trello cards), and workflow tasks to ensure timely completion of content, design, and promotional deliverables.
• Create content briefs and facilitate discussions with key collaborators for feedback and approvals.
• Absorb, gather, and organize content assets, product information, and creative materials to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Review, proofread, and quality-check content for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and brand standards.
• Request, organize, and coordinate digital assets including images, banners, icons, thumbnails, and other creative materials needed for website content and marketing campaigns.
• Absorb the maintenance of calendars and trackers for content and projects.
• Communicate tasks details, timelines, and issues to project collaborators.
• Identify decisions needed to move a project forward and follow up with the team members responsible for making those decisions.
• Absorb project and content information is organized and archived for future reference.

Pay

The anticipated rate for this position is $31.78 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.
