We'd love to meet you. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Schedule Full-Time, Temp Monday-Thursday 745am-515pmFriday 745am-215pm Compensation $20-$25/hour ______________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phoneAnswer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patientsVerify insurance eligibility and update patient recordsPresent treatment plans and schedule follow up appointmentsCollect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accountsReview financing and payment options with patients at the time of service Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of previous dental front office experienceKnowledge of insurance verification and patient collectionsConfident presenting treatment plans to patientsExperience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
