About the role
What You’ll Be Doing:
- TEM Metrology Data Review
- TEM Imaging Operation
Requirements
- Basic understanding of semiconductors process, critical dimensions, and metrology
- Basic knowledge of TEM
- Experience of semiconductor industry and lab experiences using imaging tools are preferred (optical microscope, SEM, TEM, etc)
