About the role

Join our Retail team in Wichita as a teller! Our teller position is great for a seasoned retail banker or for someone just beginning their banking career. Our Retail team is the face of the Bank, focused on building quality relationships, offering helpful product and service solutions, and protecting the financial security of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to help meet client needs.
• Process and verify teller transactions.
• Perform account maintenance.
• Open new personal and business accounts.

Requirements

• Strong customer service abilities.
• Clear communication, problem-solving, and patience with clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and diplomacy.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Ability to accept change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Pay
