We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time customer service position who will float our Jericho, Williston, and Shelburne offices. This individual will conduct teller transactions and will be further trained to open accounts and provide other branch office support. Prior banking experience is helpful but not required; we will train the right candidate. This candidate should be technologically adept, possess cash handling experience, deliver outstanding customer service, and have a continuous desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Conduct teller transactions accurately and efficiently
- Open new accounts and provide branch office support after training
- Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple branch locations
- Stay current with all deposit products, services, regulations, and bank procedures
- Cross-sell bank products and services as appropriate
Requirements
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Previous banking experience preferred
- Demonstrated cross-selling skills
- Mathematical and computer aptitude
- Ability to stay current with all deposit products and services as well as applicable regulations and bank procedures
- Completion of Principles of Banking course suggested (training provided by Union Bank)

Pay
$18.75–$21.00 per hour
