Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience; OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Schedule

This is a full-time position. Little to no overnight travel is expected, though occasional coverage of nearby branch locations (up to 45 miles from your assigned branch) may be required based on business needs.

Working Conditions

• Conditions include standing most of the time, with occasional walking, moving, bending, stooping, or sitting for brief periods.
• May occasionally lift and carry items up to 30 lbs.
