Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Employ problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.

Requirements

• Location: Louisiana‑Jennings (LA – Jennings).
• Minimum qualifications: 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree. Previous in‑store banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.
• Formal education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Work status: Full‑time.
• Supervisory responsibility: None.
• Travel: Little to no overnight travel expected; may be required to cover nearby branch locations up to 45 miles from the assigned branch based on occasional business needs.
• Working conditions: Standing most of the time; may involve walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods; occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 30 lbs.
