About the Role
This is a part-time, on-site position offering a salary range of $16.06–$19.27 per hour with uncapped incentive opportunities based on individual performance. A bilingual premium is available for employees who regularly use their language skills to assist members, with proficiency testing required (Spanish proficiency specifically needed).
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service and build lasting relationships with members and colleagues.
- Answer member questions, service accounts, and actively listen to uncover needs.
- Recommend products and services tailored to individual financial needs.
- Represent Advia as the face of the organization.
- Maintain the highest level of service with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.
- Match Advia products and services as solutions to member needs.
Requirements
- Genuine care for people, acting with integrity and prioritizing members.
- Willingness to learn and appreciation for coaching to foster professional growth.
- Empowerment to find ways to say "Yes" to members. Preferred but not required:
- Cash handling and customer service experience.
