About the role

Provide our customers with fast, friendly customer service by always adhering to common courtesies and delivering the brand promise with every customer. Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions while adhering to all required policies and procedures. Support the sales process in the branch by identifying customer needs, promoting current offers, and referring customers to other colleagues for assistance with financial solutions. Provide awareness and, if warranted, demonstration of all channel capabilities and the overall benefit to the customer. Colleagues in this role may be asked to work multiple branch locations to support a culture of flexibility and mobility to meet the expectations of our branch and customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service that reflects Associated Bank’s brand promise.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while following all policies and procedures.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to colleagues for additional financial solutions.
• Promote current offers, products, and services that benefit customers.
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support daily branch operations, including servicing vaults, night drops, and ATMs as assigned.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple branches to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Up to 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking, cash handling, or financial services

$17.00 - $22.96 per hour
