Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service when processing customer transactions at branch locations.
- Exceed customer expectations with consistent, efficient, and accurate service.
- Make empowered decisions to meet customer needs.
- Develop skills through training activities and team collaboration.
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and take pride in work aligned with FNBO’s Operating Philosophy.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Holds a high school diploma or GED.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrates a desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
- Is able to stand for long periods of time.
Desired qualifications include:
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Previous Teller experience.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Pay
Starting pay for Teller positions is $19/hour. Final compensation may vary based on work experience, education, and skill level.
