Teller (Multi-Site)

About the role

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Gloucester and Salem County Markets (including 1 financial center in Cumberland County) in NJ. Requires flexibility to travel to various financial centers in the market as needed. Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours in assigned market (no Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional Financial Center customer experience with passion and enthusiasm while facilitating customer transactions and the referral of bank products and services.
• Actively promote banking solutions to enhance a customer's service experience and achieve their financial goals.
• Aid in operational activities and responsibilities.
• Travel to various financial centers as assigned.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, and Fulton policy and procedure to include operational, security and settlement procedures. Use sound judgment to identify and mitigate loss.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 to 12 Months Customer Service Experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (preferred).

Qualifications

Responsible for reading, understanding and acting on the contents of all Company-assigned and/or job related Compliance Programs, regulations and policies and procedures, as well as ensure that all Compliance Training assignments are completed by established due dates.

Skills

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 6 to 12 Months Customer Service Experience. 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (preferred).

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $17.25 - $24.23. Additional Compensation Components: This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
