Job Title
Summary
Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly services to clients. Processes business and consumer transactions, including heavy cash handling responsibilities. Performs minor account maintenance tasks and educates clients on bank technology.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Accurately processes debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balance record.
- Responds to clients' needs and inquiries in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Performs minor account maintenance tasks, such as address changes, debit card maintenance, and check ordering.
- Refers customers to an internal team of experts when additional financial goals and needs are recognized.
- Affords assistance in opening and closing the branch, following procedures set by corporate security.
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

- Strong math and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to cross-sell products and services.
- Maintains confidentiality of client transactions and bank records.
- Team-oriented, possesses a positive attitude, and works well with others.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Operates standard office equipment, such as computers, calculators, and copiers.
- Prioritizes; handles multiple tasks; and works independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Willingness to travel to other locations as necessary for branch coverage.

Education And/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience required.
- Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals preferred.
- One year of cash handling experience preferred.
Computer And Software Skills
- Skilled in operation of a personal computer, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Google Suite.
- IBS.
- Salesforce.
