About the role
Responsible for providing customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting customers with banking needs.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in processing payments.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with opening accounts, transferring funds, and other banking services.
- Follow bank policies and procedures to maintain security and compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail banking experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using banking software and hardware.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
