Teller Floater / Member Service Representative

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus! Sound Credit Union is seeking a Teller Floater / Member Service Representative to support branches in the King North Region. We offer a unique Branch Progression Model for advancement and professional development.

Compensation

Your Compensation: Our pay ranges are built to accommodate various levels of skill and experience, with a target salary range of $20.00 - $22.50 depending on experience and education. The full salary range is $20.00 – $25.00. Additionally, you are eligible for a monthly car stipend of $500 and a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus, with $500 paid on your first paycheck and $1,000 on your 6-month anniversary.

Responsibilities

As the first point of contact, you will assist our members with financial transactions, respond to inquiries, build relationships, and provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service.

Requirements

• One year experience in a customer service position required.
• Cash handling and retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to flexibly travel between branches.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be bondable.
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
• NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency in order to be obtained as per WA State Law.

Hours

This is a full-time position ranging from 35-40 hours in a typical work week. Shifts are typically Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM or 9:15 AM – 5:45 PM, with rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM, affording a day off during the week. Your daily work location will vary based on branch needs primarily located within Bellevue & Redmond.
