At Truliant Federal Credit Union, our Tellers are key to creating positive experiences and helping members achieve their financial goals. This role requires someone who enjoys interacting with customers, is detail-oriented, and can balance service, accuracy, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide outstanding member service
• Engage members in meaningful conversations to understand their needs
• Connect members with appropriate products, services, or specialists
• Support branch goals by fostering a welcoming, collaborative, and service-focused environment

Requirements

• Experience working directly with customers in a service-focused environment
• Experience handling transactions, cash, records, or other activities requiring a high degree of accuracy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One or more years of experience in retail, banking, or financial services
• Previous sales or referral experience
• Experience working in a cash-handling environment
• Familiarity with member relationship management or appointment-setting tools

Skills

• Ability to provide professional, friendly, and responsive member service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to accurately process financial transactions and identify discrepancies
• Proficiency using computer systems and digital tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to follow established procedures, security protocols, and compliance requirements
